skillslearning.net is operated by Coastal Trades Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account, buying a course, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You need an account to access purchased courses. Keep your login private and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Each course is a one-time purchase (currently $27) made through Gumroad. After purchase you receive a license key that unlocks the course in your account. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
A purchased course is for one person. Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate the Site and offer that course. We may update course content to keep it current. Sharing license keys or account access is not allowed and may result in loss of access without refund.
If you are unable to access a course you purchased because of a technical problem we cannot fix, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Otherwise, because course content is delivered instantly, purchases are final.
Courses provide general education and skills training. We do not guarantee employment, promotions, certifications, income or any particular result. Course completion does not grant an accredited degree or professional license.
All content on skillslearning.net and in our products — including text, guides, courses, graphics and logos — is owned by Coastal Trades Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload or distribute our products without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Trades Group LLC, its owner and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or property, arising from your use of the Site or our products or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service that is the subject of the claim.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Coastal Trades Group LLC from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
